I was lucky enough to be recommended to Holme Mortgages by a friend who had recently used them and I cannot express who much they, Sharon in particular, have helped me through the process! As a first time buyer, Sharon answered all my questions (and there were a lot!) without making me feel like a nuisance. My whole experience of buying my first property has been a long one, finally coming to an end this month, but Sharon and the team have helped me along the way and managed to find me the best mortgage they could... twice! Sharon has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She is incredibly professional, but at the same time, she really puts herself in our situation and understands our personal circumstances and expenditures. Sharon was incredibly helpful throughout my mortgage application. As a first time buyer, I found the process of buying a house quite daunting, but she kept me informed at every stage, answered my questions, and pointed me in the right direction whenever something fell outside her remit. I had my first property purchase fall through due to conveyancing issues, and Sharon supported me throughout. Despite having to redo my mortgage application because of the failed property purchase, she never made me feel like a burden and was amazing.
